We can collect from either Murcia (MJV) or Alicante (ALC) airports.  Murcia transfer time is about 1 hour 35 minutes and Alicante is about 1 hour 50 minutes.  Murcia is easier, and less likely to have traffic problems, Alicante can be subject to delays as the main highway is being developed (again!)

Murcia airport lacks the sophistication of Alicante, so no shops, limited food outlets, nowhere to sit down if flights delayed.  Our advice?  Fly into Murcia, fly out of Alicante.  If you suffer any delays on the homeward journey at least you'll have the relative comfort of Alicante rather than the no-frills surroundings of Murcia
