If you've got this far, you've probably decided that we're at least interesting and worthy of further consideration.  Thanks!

We use a simple process for booking

1 - Browse the Schedule or Submit Dates

Browse through our schedule to see which weekends catch your eye.  The weekend you choose may be fully booked, so please have a second option if you can.  If you can only spare a weekend thats not scheduled, or you fancy something special or bespoke, select your preferred date, use the "submit booking request" facility at the foot of the date page and we'll respond

2 - Availability Confirmation

Once you've selected a weekend from the schedule calendar, use the "submit booking request" facility at the bottom of the date page.  We'll confirm availability and any other matters and if you're happy, proceed to step 3.

3 - Deposit and Registration

Once your satisfied with the dates and details, we'll need a 25% deposit to reserve your weekend.  We'll also send you a link to the Registration and Health and Safety form.  Each member of your party needs to complete the form.  We regret we cannot reserve your weekend without a deposit and we can't accept any riders without the completed form, its that important.  So get these out of the way as soon as you can (see "payments").

The health and safety form covers your personal details, heath record, next-of-kin, insurance details etc.  Filling forms is always a chore, but we've tried to keep required fields to a minimum, just enough so that if things get a little too adventurous we have the information we need.  The more details we have, the better placed we are to handle a wider range of scenarios.  Please fill out as much as you can.

You may not yet have your insurance sorted, please send this on before departure as we cannot take you on any rides without evidence of appropriate insurance. For residents of the British Isles check out Sports Cover Direct

The health and safety information will be held on record in the event of any incidents.  Otherwise, apart from your name and contact details, all other details will be purged from our records on departure.  We'd like to keep your contact details on file for audit purposes and future reference but these will not be passed to any other 3rd parties or organisations.  We may use these details to contact you about special offers etc, but you can opt out of this service.
